Tea’s background is in the corporate world, having previously been responsible for communications at the Finnish subsidiary of a Nordic telecommunications operator.

She holds a Diploma in Communications Management from Infor VPD and has studied topics such as communications leadership and digital marketing, in addition to earning HubSpot inbound certifications.

Her areas of expertise include influencer and sponsorship collaborations, project management for international clients, and strategic planning and execution of social media. When Tea isn’t traveling the world, she can usually be found at her cottage.

Heidi’s expertise centers on digital marketing, with a particular interest in analyzing it from a data-driven perspective. Her workdays involve planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on digital campaigns, with a specialization in Google marketing.

Heidi holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a major in marketing, as well as a prior Bachelor’s degree in business studies focusing on marketing. In her free time, she enjoys playing badminton, reading, and watching crime series. During winter, you might also find her on cross-country ski trails.

Marja is an experienced communication expert and former journalist who always views things from multiple perspectives. Well-targeted communication that resonates with the right audience benefits everyone. The foundation of all effective communication lies in a strategic approach that considers the needs of stakeholders.

Marja holds a Master of Arts degree and has studied areas such as organizational communication, innovation journalism, and international business communication. Recently, she has focused on developing services in sustainability communication and recruitment communication.

In her free time, Marja is most often found in the forest, hiking, paddling, or photographing. At home, she enjoys spending time with a good book or a craft project in hand.

Lauri specializes in website maintenance and development, with a focus on visual appeal, usability, and search engine optimization. He also adds value to client and in-house content through high-quality photography and videography.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, Lauri has earned several inbound marketing certifications alongside his work. In his free time, he deepens his knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and servers when he’s not playing badminton, cycling, or enjoying video and board games.

Mari is a versatile communications assistant who is also skilled in graphic design and execution. She holds a bachelor’s degree in media (B.A. in Media) from Oulu University of Applied Sciences. Her work experience includes serving as a publishing secretary at the Centre for North Ostrobothnia.

In her free time, Mari enjoys movies, trivia quizzes, and especially handicrafts. Knitting, in particular, is a frequent passion project.

Sami has extensive experience working with the digital and brand marketing of various companies. Sami and Medita share an interest in B2B business and industries manufacturing consumer products.

Mika is one of Medita’s founding partners and has worked in journalism and communications for well over 30 years. As a content marketing professional, he has developed in-depth expertise in technology sectors, particularly in issues related to transportation, energy and construction technology, the automotive industry, as well as IT and cybersecurity topics.

Mika’s work and leisure time are closely connected through his long-standing passion for boating. An endlessly curious individual, he is also interested in renovation and construction.

Tiinu is one of Medita’s founding partners and has served as CEO since 1998. A former journalist turned communications and content marketing professional, she has been actively involved in the industry, including serving on the board of Marketing Finland’s communications agencies.

Tiinu represents Marketing Finland in the Ethical Council for Communications (VEN). In 2021, she was the head judge for the Finnish Comms Awards. Her other trusted roles focus on promoting the rights of children and young people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, relaxing at home, crafting, reading, and outdoor activities in nature and on the water.
